The spec column carries the real figures from contracts and drawings, not marketing. If you need tighter than this, tell us first — we will assess it, and we will not promise what we cannot hold.

读结构图、节点图、材料表，识别构件规格、数量、材质与表面处理要求。图上没有依据的留空标注，出疑问清单给总包与顾问确认，不自行判断。Structural and detail drawings and schedules read to extract member size, quantity, grade and finish. Where the drawing gives no basis we leave it open and issue a query list rather than decide for the designer.

钢结构算量与 BOQSteel take-off & BOQST-02 / MEASURE
按图算钢材重量（吨）、表面积、螺栓数、焊接量与涂装量，区分制作与安装、永久与临时。合计由明细现算，保留计算过程可复算。Weight in tonnes, surface area, bolt counts, weld length and coating area, separated into fabrication and installation, permanent and temporary. Totals are summed from the detail and left open to re-check.

出可直接下料的加工图：构件编号、断料尺寸、孔位、坡口、焊接符号、涂装要求与重量。按项目规范与总包图框出图，供 PE 背书与报批。Fabrication-ready drawings: mark numbers, cut lengths, hole positions, preparations, welding symbols, coating and weight. Issued to project standards and the main contractor's title block for PE endorsement.

PE 计算书与签图、NCE 申报、COS、地下管线探测与试挖、LEW/EMA 申报。这些程序走不完人进不了场，所以我们放在报你价之前就说清。PE calculations and endorsed drawings, NCE submissions, COS, utility detection and trial trenching, LEW/EMA applications. These clearances gate site access, so we raise them before quoting rather than after award.

预制混凝土墩基础，含开挖、弃土外运与回填；围挡金属体做等电位连接与防雷接地，含接地电阻测试并出记录。废水不得排入河道。Precast concrete pad footings with excavation, spoil removal and backfill; equipotential bonding and lightning earthing to the hoarding, with resistance testing and records. No discharge to watercourses.

围挡照明灯具与走线、LTA 铝板标识、人行道顶棚与应急照明。按 LTA 图纸位置安装，灯具与支架随围挡同批供货。Hoarding lighting and containment, LTA aluminium logo panels, pedestrian shelter and emergency lighting. Installed to LTA drawing locations, with fittings supplied in the same batch as the hoarding.

围挡拆除、基础破除、回填、地面恢复，材料清运出场。拆除顺序与时间按总包指令，避开交通管制时段。Dismantling, footing breakout, backfill, surface reinstatement and removal of all materials. Sequence and timing to the main contractor's instruction, clear of traffic-control hours.

地下连续墙的钢内支撑主受力构件。N108 标段主力截面为双拼 UB610×324×174 与 195 kg/m，材质 S355，单根长 17.0–17.6 m，水平间距 5.3–6.0 m。Primary internal strut for diaphragm walls. On N108 the main sections are twin UB610×324 at 174 and 195 kg/m in S355, 17.0–17.6 m long at 5.3–6.0 m centres.

基坑转角部位的水平斜撑，与对撑形成闭合受力体系。节点按墙端预埋钢板与支座板对接，控制安装间隙与初始偏心。Horizontal rakers at excavation corners closing the load path with the cross struts. Connections bear on cast-in wall plates and bearing seats, with gap and initial eccentricity controlled.

按设计逐根施加预加力，N108 各区段 100–650 kN 不等，用千斤顶与压力表读数并记录。配合第三方监测，超限立即报告并复紧。Struts preloaded individually to design — 100–650 kN depending on the N108 zone — by jack against gauge reading, recorded. Coordinated with third-party monitoring; overruns reported and re-tensioned.

钢支撑以租赁方式提供整套系统，含进出场运输、现场堆放、安装与拆除。构件进场前校直、除锈并复核截面，周转件逐根编号登记。The strutting system is offered on hire as a package, including transport in and out, site stacking, installation and removal. Members are straightened, cleaned and section-checked on receipt, with every reusable piece numbered and logged.

At 8 Shenton Way the Level 32 package runs about 26.67 t in H457×191, H533×210, H254×146 and H203×133 S355 sections with PL20 connection plates.

按总包放行指令拆除临时支承，构件回收、清点、退场或转下一项目。拆除顺序与卸载步骤先出方案，经总包与 PE 确认后执行。Removal on the main contractor's release, with members recovered, counted and either returned or transferred to the next project. Sequence and de-propping steps are planned and confirmed before work starts.

施工期车辆通行的钢结构便桥，含主梁、横梁、桥面系与连接件。KTC 项目供货量约 220 吨，按最终加工图数量结算、单价不变，不含现场安装与三方检测。Steel bridge for construction-phase vehicle access: main girders, cross beams, deck system and connections. The KTC supply runs about 220 t, settled on final shop-drawing quantities at fixed rates, excluding site installation and third-party inspection.

人行天桥的主梁、梯道、栏杆与支承节点制作，含吊装分段划分建议。投标阶段同步出算量与安装方案，便于总包判断吊装窗口。Girders, stair flights, parapets and support nodes, with a proposed lift-division for erection. At tender stage we issue take-off and installation method together so the main contractor can judge the lifting window.

按 LTA M&W 规范 Table 12.1 与 BS 5493 执行：镀锌 → 除油 → 一道车间底漆 Coating G（≥80 μm）→ 两道 Coating H（各≥150 μm）。高腐蚀环境干膜总厚不低于 380 μm，不含镀锌层。To LTA M&W Specification Table 12.1 and BS 5493: galvanise, degrease, one shop coat of Coating G (≥80 μm), two shop coats of Coating H (≥150 μm each). Minimum total DFT 380 μm in highly aggressive environments, excluding the galvanising layer.

天津基地自动辊轧成型、激光切割下料，工装组对。构件编号、余量预留与焊接收缩补偿按工艺卡执行，断料尺寸可追溯到深化图。Automatic roll forming and laser cutting at the Tianjin base, fitted in jigs. Marking, allowance and weld-shrinkage compensation follow the process card, traceable back to the shop drawing.

持证焊工按 WPS 施焊，焊缝外观全检，重要节点按规范做 UT/MT。尺寸复核在涂装前完成，超差当场修正不带到工地。Certified welders working to qualified WPS; all welds visually inspected, with UT/MT on critical nodes to specification. Dimensional checks finish before coating, and out-of-tolerance work is corrected in the shop.

抛丸与涂装Blasting & coatingFB-03 / PAINT
抛丸除锈达到规定等级后按体系涂装，逐道测厚并记录。高腐蚀部位与焊接接头处补涂，构件出厂前完成标识与包装。Blasted to the specified grade, then coated to system with DFT measured and recorded coat by coat. Touch-up at welds and high-corrosion areas, with marking and packing complete before despatch.

现场安装与安全文件Site installationFB-04 / SITE
卸车、倒运、吊装、校正、栓接焊接与打磨；同步提交 SHEMS 安全资料、RA 风险评估、组织图、PPE 发放与人员证书，经总包审批后进场。Unloading, handling, rigging, alignment, bolting, welding and grinding — with SHEMS documentation, risk assessments, organisation charts, PPE records and manpower certification submitted for approval before entry.
