We serve Chinese main contractors working here — CHEC, CRFG, CSCEC — backed by our own 25,000 m² fabrication base in Tianjin with sawing, punching, cutting and welding under one roof.
我们熟悉 LTA 与 BCA 的规范、报批路径和现场要求：PE 计算书、深化图背书、NCE 申报、SHEMS 安全文件、持证人员与 PPE，这些不是附加项，是进场的前提。 We know the LTA and BCA rules, the submission routes and the site expectations — PE calculations, endorsed shop drawings, NCE submissions, SHEMS documentation, certified manpower and PPE. These are not extras; they are the condition of entry.
钢结构的分包不是把钢卖掉就完事。深化图对不上现场，构件到工地就得改；报批材料没做全，人进不了场。我们把这条线上每一段都握在自己手里，出问题不用找三家。 A steel subcontract is not a steel sale. If the shop drawing does not match site, the member gets altered on arrival; if the submissions are incomplete, nobody gets onto site. We hold every link of that chain ourselves, so there is no third party to chase.
按结构图、节点图出可加工的深化图与 BOM：构件规格、材质、数量、表面处理逐项落地。图上没有的依据留空标注，不猜。 Shop drawings and BOM from structural and detail drawings: member size, grade, quantity and finish, item by item. Where the drawing gives no basis, we mark it rather than guess.
天津基地自动辊轧成型、激光切割、锯冲割焊全工艺。下料—组立—焊接—抛丸—涂装一条线，构件编号后海运到场。 Roll forming, laser cutting and full saw–punch–cut–weld capability at our Tianjin base. Cut, fit, weld, blast and coat on one line; every member marked before it ships.
卸车、倒运、吊装就位、校正、栓接与焊接、打磨收口；拆除阶段按总包指令回收退场。含常规机具与耗材。 Unloading, internal handling, rigging, alignment, bolting, welding and grinding; dismantling and removal on the main contractor's release. Normal rigging gear and consumables included.
地下连续墙的钢内支撑：双拼 H 型钢、角撑与对撑、预加力施加与监测配合。N108 南北走廊使用 S355 双拼 UB610×324，预加力 100–650 kN。 Internal steel struts for diaphragm walls: twin H-sections, corner and cross struts, preloading and monitoring support. On N108 the system uses S355 twin UB610×324 at 100–650 kN preload.
LTA 标准的临时围挡：SHS 立柱、锌铝压型钢板、混凝土墩基础、大门与防雷接地，含人行道顶棚与应急照明。加冷与 RC218 两个标段合计两万米量级。 LTA-standard temporary hoarding: SHS posts, zinc/aluminium ribbed sheeting, concrete pad footings, gates and lightning earthing, with pedestrian shelter and emergency lighting. Kallang and RC218 together run into tens of thousands of metres.
施工车辆通行的临时钢便桥、港区作业平台、转换层支承。供货与涂层体系按 LTA M&W 规范，高腐蚀环境 DFT 不低于 380 μm。 Temporary vehicular bridges, marine working decks and transfer-level supports. Supply and coating to LTA M&W specification — minimum 380 μm DFT in highly aggressive environments.
新加坡的项目，卡人的往往不是能不能做，是能不能批。报批材料走在前面，钢才走得顺。 On Singapore projects the constraint is rarely whether it can be built — it is whether it can be approved. Submissions run ahead so the steel does not wait.

出深化图与计算书，走 PE 背书、NCE 申报、COS 与管线探测等程序。 Shop drawings and calculations, then PE endorsement, NCE submission, COS and utility detection.
天津基地下料组焊，尺寸复核、焊缝外观、抛丸涂装、逐件编号并出材质证明。 Cut and welded in Tianjin: dimensional checks, weld appearance, blasting and coating, piece marking and mill certificates.
海运到场后吊装就位，配合总包进度；完工按指令拆除退场、场地恢复。 Shipped, then rigged into place to the main contractor's programme; dismantled and removed on instruction at completion.
加冷的围挡、南北走廊的钢支撑、盛顿道的转换层支承——一个在装、一个在撑、一个在吊。项目名称、总包、范围均为实际合同口径。 Hoarding at Kallang, strutting on the North-South Corridor, transfer supports at Shenton Way — one being installed, one propping, one being lifted. Names, contractors and scope follow the actual contract wording.
总包为中国港湾工程新加坡分公司。范围：预制混凝土墩基础、三米五米七米固定及移动彩钢与 Prestige 围挡、大门、照明与防雷接地。合同按实做实量结算，2026 年 10 月开工。围挡系统另有一套散件出口交付，3×40HQ、16,338 件、107.881 m³。 Main contractor: China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd, Singapore Branch. Scope covers precast concrete pad footings, 3/5/7 m fixed and mobile colour-steel and Prestige hoarding, gates, lighting and lightning earthing. Re-measured contract, started October 2026. A separate loose-piece supply of the same system shipped in 3 × 40HQ — 16,338 pieces, 107.881 m³.

The 1,113 m single-level twin-cell tunnel between Marymount Lane and Pemimpin Place uses diaphragm walls with internal steel struts. Fortis supplies the R10 zone — sections 4A/4B/4C/4D1A — in twin S355 H-sections at 100–650 kN preload.

A mixed-use development at 8 Shenton Way; the work sits at Level 32 — fabrication, installation and dismantling of temporary transfer-level supporting beams, approximately 26.67 t in H457×191, H533×210, H254×146 and H203×133 sections plus two assembled steel corbels, built to the L32T supporting-beam drawing.

新加坡这头是新的，但团队不是。核心成员在国内做钢结构多年，制造基地设在天津——天津富拓工程科技有限公司，厂房两万五千余平方米，配全自动辊轧成型机、激光切割机，锯、冲、割、焊全工艺覆盖，产能和配套都成熟。 The Singapore entity is new; the team is not. Our core members have years in steel behind them, and the fabrication base sits in Tianjin — Tianjin Futuo Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., over 25,000 m² of workshop with automatic roll forming and laser cutting, covering sawing, punching, cutting and welding in full.
所以我们能做一件本地小厂不容易做的事：报价时按的是自己的产能，不是别人的排期；赶工时调的是自己的班组，不用等分包。问题出在厂里，就在厂里解决。 That lets us do something a small local shop cannot: quote against our own capacity rather than someone else's programme, and add manpower from our own teams when a date closes in.
